Updates

Stevie is doing really well with his sign language. He knows "more", "please", "thank you" and "snack". Yes I know they all deal with food!

A.J. is in love with school. She also went to the dentist and has no cavities. Her dentist makes a big deal about it so shes really proud. She hasn't lost any teeth yet but has a few loose ones. We are still thinking aboutan extracurricular activity for her. Everytime I get close to signing her up, she changes her mind. Baseball, gymnastics and karate are at the top of the list right now. I have been talking to a photographer about getting her back into modeling. That may start next month, but we'll have to wait and see.

Trav is hoping to not have to work Saturdays much longer. He has been working on cleaning our garage to make room for our pool table. He also is about to turn in the app for a volunteer fire department so he can get some experience.

I have just finished New Moon. I am working on two quilts right now. A pink pinwheel kinda one and a Candy themed "Sticks and Stones" one. My dad has been de-cluttering his house, which means Ive been looking through old stuff. Sooo many old pictures, books and clothes!

In the next few months we hope to continue unpacking boxes from the move, paint the inside, and try to find time to rest!!! We have also been in talks with an attorney about filing the paperwork for Trav to officially adopt A.J.

Hi Adria, it's Quilty from the Houston board. You probably don't know me - I lurk there more than I post, but I just wanted to thank you for the link to the Fairfield BOTM. I also quilt and I think I might have to try a few of those out. :-)

I bought New Moon before Christmas and read all but the last few pages. If I finish, it means I have to go out and buy the next one, lol!
