Anyone Left-Handed?

I've never even thought about A.J. being left-handed as a big deal until the other day. She writes in a journal at school in a spiral and has been taking washclothes from home because the spiral hurts her hand. Being a right-handed parent to a left-handed child may not sound like a big deal until they are learning to write and you can help them. She transposes letters all the time. Not because shes young or dyslexic but because she is writing the letters right to left instead of left to right. I found some left-handed spirals online but they are like $5 for one. Usually you can get them 10 for $1 at Target. I tried to have her write from the back but the holes are on the wrong side and the cover os on the back. I'm think of trying to sew her a notebook for christmas as a left-handed one. Im wondering if she will notice. We'll have to see if any other problems come up.

I'm left-handed and I hated writing in spirals or in binders with three rings. My only other complaint was the ink stain I would get on my pinky, when I wrote for a long time. Unfortunately, we live in a right-handed world and there isn't much you can do. That is ridiculous that a left-handed spiral notebook is $5.

LMAO. AJ always has marker on her pinky and base of her hand. I never even thought about that. Please let Stevie be right handed!!!!!

I am left handed. Yup spiral notebooks are not all that great. Can she use loose leaf paper and keep it in a binder for her journal?
